Pachamama is Mother Earth in Andean culture. This family room is warm and welcoming: two double beds with carved wooden headboards, a high ceiling of wooden beams and dark wooden floors.
Small wood-framed windows let in the Andean light, and a large wardrobe with shelves and a TV gives room to unpack for a longer stay. The private bathroom has a shower.
Like every room at Parwa & Iskay, it is in the Qosqo Ayllu, the original Inca quarter of Ollantaytambo, a five-minute walk from the main square and ten minutes from the train station to Machu Picchu. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are included.
