Hotel policies

Everything you need to know before you arrive at Parwa & Iskay Hotel.

Check-in: from 2:00 PM. Check-out: until 10:00 AM. Free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.
Breakfast: included, served from 7:30 to 9:00 AM. If your train leaves earlier, we prepare it to take away.
Payment: 100 % before arrival, by bank transfer or credit/debit card (cards have a 5 % fee). Reference exchange rate: S/ 3.40 per US dollar.
Changes and cancellations: you can change your dates with at least 15 days’ notice before check-in. With less notice, the first night is charged. Last-minute bookings are non-refundable, except for illness or force majeure with supporting documents.
Children: 0 to 6 years stay free and 7 to 11 years pay USD 10 per night (breakfast included), always using the existing beds in the room. From age 12, guests count as adults.
Extra beds and cribs: not available.
Smoking: the hotel is 100 % non-smoking. Smoking indoors carries a USD 100 penalty.
Pets: not allowed.
Laundry: S/ 10 per kilo.
Wi-Fi: free throughout the hotel.
Groups (11 rooms or more): full payment one month before arrival; please ask us for group conditions.
